A pelvic PT can really help her—Kegels are better done with a PT as sometimes prolapse is caused by hypertonic muscles. It’s also very possible that she’ll be able to have a vaginal birth

Yeah, it’s really not rare. 50% of women who have had a pregnancy will get one, albeit many are much more minor than this girls

it can be a vaginal vault prolapse or bladder/rectocele prolapse after hysterectomies. Good news is preventive pelvic pt leading up to a hysterectomy and afterwards really help!
