    Amazon, amazon.com

    2. A pair of flower-embellished Betsey Johnson drop earrings for some iridescent foliage they finally can't kill. Win for them, you, and nature.

    Kayla Boyd / BuzzFeed

"I am big on earrings, I always feel so much more pu -together when I'm wearing some. And when I came across these ~gems~ I had to have them. I love that they're iridescent, so they match almost any top. The pinks, blues, and yellows are perfect for spring and obviously the little white flowers just bring home the whole springtime aesthetic. These are also really lightweight so they don't bother me throughout the day. And the fact that the metal structure is rose gold is the cherry on top for me, a basic millennial." —Kayla Boyd

"I got these beauties for my birthday a couple months ago and have worn them all the time for those very reasons — the reflective stones really make them versatile, and they make even a slightly blah work-from-home top look polished. They're not *super* light, but light enough to make them work for all-day wear. Plus, they just make me happy!!!" —Katy Herman

Get them from Amazon for $19.64.

Shipping info: Available on Amazon Prime with two-day shipping, non-Prime shipping options will still arrive by Christmas (see Amazon's full shipping information here).

    Amazon, Heather Braga / BuzzFeed

The cashmere is super soft and does a nice job blocking out the cold. If you're looking for a scarf you can wear like a giant blanket in sub-zero temperatures, this might be a little on the small side, but it's perfect for a layer of extra warmth on chilly nights and adding a comfy and classy touch to any outfit." —Jonathan Mazzei

Get it from Jos. A. Bank for $44.62 (originally $130; available in five colors).

I wear this while working from home, watching Netflix, and while taking naps. It's so comfy that there have been times I don't want to take it off when I have to run to the store — the only reason I do is because I don't want it to get dirty. I can't imagine one person that wouldn't be happy to have this wonderful bundle of coziness." —Kayla Boyd

"Folding a scarf is half the battle and I love that these are pre-folded. They're comfortable, easy to tie, and very cute. Although my first scarf was free, I ended up buying two more. They're that good. Sometimes they slip off, but that's usually when I tie them loosely. My hair is very fine. Using smooth, moisture-retaining fabrics like this drastically reduces my breakage." —Christine Forbes

Get it from Amazon for $22.96.

Shipping info: Available on Amazon Prime with two-day shipping, non-Prime shipping options will still arrive by Christmas (see Amazon's full shipping information here).

    Katy Herman/BuzzFeed, amazon.com

"Reviewers recommend sizing up! I recently treated myself to these and forgot to do so, but they still fit well (my heel is just a teeeeeny bit over the edge in the back, but I don't mind because they stay on my foot more easily). I'm honestly obsessed — I can't believe how affordable they were, especially considering how high fashion they look. They just make me smile!!! The grippy soles give a nice cushion and are for some reason printed with fruit designs? Can't explain it but only adds to the happy feet feels these give me. Oh, and they're compliment magnets on Insta, too." —Katy Herman

Get them from Amazon for $14.62+ (available in sizes 5.5–10.5 and in three colors and prints).

Shipping info: Will arrive by Christmas (see Amazon's full shipping information here).

the pin attached to a denim jacket

"I am currently working through the slow and steady process of curating just the right collection of enamel pins and patches for my denim jacket. I instantly knew this pin would be a perfect addition. But not only is it obviously ~adorable~ but it's super high-quality. I did a fair bit of traveling with this jacket shortly after pinning my new pin, and I was pleased it stayed perfectly attached with a lot of less-than-precious handling. 14/10, a very good (dog) pin." —Danielle Healy

purple baguette shaped bag with faux croc effect and a chain

I snagged this beaut from the JW Pei site on Black Friday last year and have carried it as my purse a several dozen times since. I took it on a trip to Croatia and found that I felt totally OK in a club *not* getting pickpocketed. Plus, I toted it all around Italy for two weeks. And then to a wedding in my hometown! This thing has some major versatility. The baguette shape lets the zip top sit right underneath your armpit for safekeeping. But the vegan leather and color combo looks SO luxe, like it cost me in the hundreds. Because of this bag, I adore this brand and can't recommend it enough!

Get it from Amazon for $38.99 (available in eight colors) and the chain strap separately from JW Pei for $21.

The quality is amazing — the vegan leather is sturdy, it has a nice faux-suede lining, and the magnetic closure actually stays closed. The adorable 'scrunchie' design is such a great way to jazz up an outfit. Plus, it's a great size for the necessities like my phone, wallet, keys, mask, and lip gloss. 16. A pair of fleece-lined memory foam slippers with a collapsible heel so they can ever so slightly switch up their footwear to suit their whims.

    model wearing the cream version
reviewer wearing the navy version showing the suede collapsible heel

"I have these (and the version without the collapsible heel) and am OBSESSED. Growing up in Florida I never wanted to slippers; it was just too hot all the time. But then I moved to New York City and had to deal with brutal winters and the lack of radiant floor heating in my prewar apartments. Fuzzy socks are great, but sometimes I want some support, especially after a long day on my feet or if I need to leave my apartment for a second and don't want to meet my neighbors while wearing my penguin-print fuzzy socks. These slippers are stupidly soft; it boggles my mind how something can be so comfortable. And the collapsible heel is great for preventing my toes from overheating (which they have a tendency to do in fuzzy socks). I've had the regular version for almost 2.5 years and they're still going strong, so I expect to enjoy these new ones for as long (and probably even longer)." —Melanie Aman

Get it from Amazon for $44.59+ (available in sizes 5–10.5 and in two colors).

Shipping info: Will arrive by Christmas (see Amazon's full shipping information here).

black, white, and pink scrunchies on Bek's wrist
    Rebecca O'Connell / BuzzFeed

"You've heard of silk pillowcases and the wonders they work on hair (less friction, baby!), but have you considered silk SCRUNCHIES? These luxurious hair ties are A Bit Much, but honestly worth the splurge. They're super soft and don't pull on my delicate strands when I remove them. They also just look a lot more polished than my usual tie-dye and leopard-print ones." —Rebecca O'Connell

    Get a three-pack from Brooklinen for $32.

Shipping info: Expedited one-to-two-day shipping available at an additional cost.

    Madewell

"I've gotten one of these as a gift and have given one to my sister as well. It's my favorite bag to date! It has a small pocket inside you can pop your phone into (or anything else you'd be looking to grab in a hurry) and has so much space. I've even fit my laptop into it! The straps are sturdy and I love that this version also has a chic suede stripe down the middle. The best part? You can add your mom's initials for an extra-special touch." —Heather Braga

    Brittany Gibson / BuzzFeed, Allbirds

Natalie wearing the navy socks with a polar bear print
    BuzzFeed / Natalie Brown

"My WFH outfits vary: some days I wear dresses, others I go for jogger pants, while still others I happily slip on a pair of jeans because they help me feel like life’s a little more normal. But one key component of any outfit? Socks to keep my toes warm! And while I only have a couple of pairs from Conscious Step, I always look forward to slipping them on because they're incredibly comfy, especially for socks that have a fun design on them — most of my ~fun~ socks are comfortable enough, but I don't especially look forward to putting them on the way I do my polar bear socks! Their secret: Besides being nice and soft, they have this terry-cloth-like cushion in the toes and heels that makes walking around in them just a little more cozy. Need even more of a reason to give 'em a try? They're fair-trade certified and each cute pair benefits a different cause!" —Natalie Brown

    25. A gold chain necklace will become their new go-to *and* is the right length so they can easily show it off on any video conference calls.

kayla wearing a short, thick gold chain
    Kayla Boyd / BuzzFeed

"Chunky gold chain necklaces have really been on trend this summer. I love them because they're kind of simple, but still have a pretty bold style impact. I bought this one because BaubleBar is one of my go-to accessory shops and they had a lot of great options. I like this one because it's so easy to add to a simple T-shirt or sweatshirt and make it look instantly more elevated." —Kayla Boyd

Get it from BaubleBar for $48

Shipping info: Two-day and overnight shipping available for an additional fee.

    26. Or a mini gold vermeil paper clip necklace for another chain lewk that's sure to equally please.

    BuzzFeed / Maitland Quitmeyer

"Paper clip chains are a really big trend right now, and finding nice jewelry you can wear with confidence every day but ISN'T a huge investment when you get tired of it can be a challenge. But demi-fine jewelry (like BaubleBar's gold vermeil) is here for us when we need it. If you don't know, gold vermeil is an extra-thick plating (2.5 microns in this case) that's longer lasting than regular gold plating. That means you can get it wet! Ocean water and heavier shampoos etc. will break the plating down faster, but you can *live* in this jewelry without worrying about it getting ruined. I've worn this necklace while working out (although my workouts are less...intense than some — I hate working out) and in the shower (but not when I wash my hair, which is about once a week) and there have been no signs of wear and tear on the necklace at all.

"I love that the necklace is the same kind of chain the *whole length* so you can make it as long or short as you like, depending how you wear it. Necklaces you can only clip at the tail are so annoying. I'll be wearing this all the time to just feel a smidge more put together, even when I'm rocking up to my Google Meetings in my actual PJs. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is a very *gold* gold so I don't wear it with some of my other...less gold? gold jewelry. But if you like to mix and match, it will look great with your other pieces!" —Maitland Quitmeyer

Get it from BaubleBar for $78 (also available in sterling silver for the same price, and in gold- and silver-plated brass for $42).

Shipping info: Two-day and overnight shipping available for an additional fee.

    27. Ugg's classic ultra mini bootie to keep their old dogs feeling warm and comfy.

Heather Braga / BuzzFeed, ugg / Via instagram.com

"I recently got these Ugg minis and have been wearing them as my 'work shoes' now that I WFH full time. They're the perfect mix between a slipper and an actual shoe, so I can continue to wear my comfiest clothes to 'the office' (my kitchen table) but also feel like I've somewhat transitioned into work mode for the day. They're super soft, as all Uggs are, and honestly just make me happy! They are true to size so no worries about sizing up or down." —Heather Braga

Get them from Zappos for $139.95 (available in sizes 5–12 and four colors).

Shipping info: Expedited shipping available for an additional fee.

    28. A Twilight-inspired sweatshirt perfect for wearing while the two of you binge-watch the entire movie series.

A person is wearing a cream sweatshirt that says
    Stephanie Hope / BuzzFeed

    29. A pair of sleek touchscreen-friendly gloves with rubber grippers on the palms so they can keep their paws on their phone. *And* these'll match basically any cold-weather outerwear.

    amazon.com

"I've been using these all winter to run outdoors, and they're also just supremely warm and soft. I've had trouble finding decent running gloves to keep my hands from getting cold without overheating them for years, and these are the first ones that are so functional that I barely even think about them when they're on (which is saying something, because I am a very picky bean about my gear)." —Emma Lord

Get it from Amazon for $11.99+ (available in sizes M–XL and five colors).

Shipping info: Available on Amazon Prime with two-day shipping, non-Prime shipping options will still arrive by Christmas (see Amazon's full shipping information here).

    30. *THE* Amazon Coat, which is fancy talk for an oversized parka with a mountain, no, a mountain RANGE of 5-star reviews thanks to its comfort, warmth, Sherpa-lined hood, and enough pockets to help 'em avoid carrying a bag if that's what they so desire.

    BuzzFeed / Maitland Quitmeyer

"I have spent a couple of years in the city without a 'real' puffy coat — I usually buy (warm!) fashionable coats and just hide in a Columbia cold-weather rain jacket if the weather gets really bad. But I've wanted this Orolay down coat (often called THE Amazon coat) for a while so when it went 30% off on Prime Day, I snagged the chance to get it. It's weirdly fashionable (like...a lot of people in New York own this jacket) and WOW it's incredibly warm. While it doesn't get *that* that cold in New York City (teens and 20s is about how cold it gets, barring a polar vortex — which isn't bad to someone who lived in Minnesota for five years) — we New Yorkers spend a LOT of time outside in the winter. When you walk to the train, wait on the freezing platform, walk to the grocery store, etc., it's more time than usual out in the cold — and let me tell you the wind through the buildings and chill off the concrete can be BRUTAL. I love to walk about 4 miles home from work when I have the time — even in the winter — and I know this will keep me cozy every step of the way.

"This coat HAS IT ALL! It's puffy and super insulated but not *giant* and covers the butt (very key when you're wearing thin leggings on the bottom all winter — the wind goes right through 'em). The VERY generously sized hood has a Sherpa lining for extra toastiness. I very rarely, if ever, find jackets with hoods that actually go all the way over my head (and hair) to shelter my face from the elements, so that's a HUGE PLUS for me. It has tons and tons of pockets — zipper pockets to stash stuff in so you don't need a purse, plus size open pockets to keep your hands toasty on a walk. And it's just really darn cute! I love the green color and the grosgrain zipper pulls to add a little extra chicness.

"I wanted an oversized look, so for reference, I wear a size 2 in most things and I got the small. To me, it's perfect! I've taken it for a spin on unusually cold November days (windchill in the teens), on post-snow mornings, and I know it's going to keep me super warm, no matter how the freezing New York winds blow." —Maitland Quitmeyer

Get it from Amazon for $129.99+ (available in sizes XXS–5X and 16 colors).

Shipping info: Will arrive by Christmas (see Amazon's full shipping information here).

    31. Superga sneakers they can wear just about anywhere (OK, except maybe on a grocery store trip in a blizzard). Kate Middleton owns them. I own them. My coworker Elena owns them. What else do you need to know? They're the best!

Model's foot with the sneaker it white with a low-top style, white laces, and thick sole
    Instagram / Superga / Via instagram.com

"The design is classic and goes with everything. My go-to is a fresh white pair but they come in nearly every color you could think of and so many fun prints. They have an unlined cotton upper that's comfy and flexible, the footbed is perfectly cushioned, the soles are rubber and offer plenty of traction, and the platform gives you an extra inch of height." —Elena Garcia

Get them from Amazon for $35+ (available in women's sizes 5–10, men's sizes 3.5–8.5, and in 16 styles).

Shipping info: Will arrive by Christmas (see Amazon's full shipping information here).

    32. A cute satin-lined cap to help them protect their hair overnight.

    Grace Eleyae

Grace Eleyae is a Black woman–owned brand that originally debuted in 2014 after the founder experienced excessive breakage due to not having protection for her hair after an eight-hour road trip. The line specializes in silk- and satin- lined headwear that can be worn throughout all seasons as sleep-, lounge-, and outerwear.

"I have several Slaps (satin-lined caps) and I love them. Mine stay on my head throughout the night for the most part, but I think because I'm usually rocking an updo that's why they end up shifting around. I let my best friend borrow a Slap during a hotel stay once, and he loved it and said it stayed put throughout the night. Besides sleeping, I wear these out and about (especially in winter), on airplanes (so my hair doesn't touch the seat), on wash days to hide my deep-conditioning shower cap, HIIT workouts, and pretty much any day that I'm too lazy to do my hair. These caps are available in multiple colors and machine washable — and trust me, you'll be sold once they start keeping your hair moisturized and safe from your nonsatin pillowcases and sheets. If you're worried about them moving, there are adjustable Slaps and if you want more of a stylish satin-lined accessory, check out the satin-lined turbans!" —Negesti Kaudo

Get it from Amazon for $23.99 (adjustable version here).

Shipping info: Available on Amazon Prime with two-day shipping, non-Prime shipping options will still arrive by Christmas (see Amazon's full shipping information here).

I throw these babies on whenever I want to look like I put in a little more effort than usual and they totally do the trick! My favorite part is how lightweight they are — they don't tug at my ears or feel heavy after hours of wear." —Chelsea Stuart

    36. A pair of classic Rothy's flats that are a cult fave for *good* reason. They're super comfortable and truly machine washable. I've given them a go and got a pair of teal flats quite dirty on purpose, only to have them emerge from the washing machine looking clean as when I pulled them out of the box. They'd make an especially welcome gift for busy parents.

    Natalie Brown / BuzzFeed

"I got this pair of flats in 2017 and reviewed 'em back then, but I recommend them any chance I get. Name any OTHER brand of flats that you can wear up and down the streets of NYC for three years and have them look (and smell) basically the same as they did on day one. They’re comfortable, breathable, machine and hand washable, and while they have basically no arch support, I’ve used 'em with these inserts with no problems." —Natalie Brown

Get them from Rothy's for $125 (available in sizes 5–13 and 17 colors and patterns).

Shipping info: Expedited one-to-two-day shipping available at additional cost.

    37. Some algae-infused spa slippers for the fanciest person you know who may need a little help becoming the *comfiest* person you know.

    Ali Faccenda / BuzzFeed

"Ever since the pandemic started, I've been a slipper snob. What's funny is I actually never really owned any pairs of slippers before working remotely and now I don't know how I've ever lived without them. These ones from Acorn are so lightweight and are great if you have tile or hardwood floors. They don't slip and keep my feet warm without making them sweat. They also look cute on so I have no complaints about these. If you want to feel like you're living the lap of self-care luxury while simultaneously walking on clouds, then do yourself a favor and snag a pair of these." —Ali Faccenda

Get them from Acorn for $55 (available in women's sizes S–XL).

Shipping: Expedited shipping available at additional cost.

    38. A pair of lounge pants for anyone who can't stand to be uncomfortable for even one hour. Their MicroModal fabric might just make them swear off all their sweats.

    MeUndies

"I own these pants and can attest to how truly wonderful they are. It's kinda hard to describe the material (if you own any MeUndies products you'll know what I'm talking about), but suffice it to say they are without a doubt the comfiest, coziest lounge pant I own. You know how nice it feels when you sink into soft bedsheets for the first time after shaving your legs? It feels like that every time I slip into them. Ask me when the last time I washed them was? *shrugs* I have no idea! What I do know is that I really love these pants. The one bad thing I have to say about them — and I'm being really nitpicky — is that the sizing is really weird. Even the XS is quite roomy (and I'm not tiny by any means), so I'd suggest sizing down!" —Melanie Aman

Get it from MeUndies for $68 (available in sizes XS–4XL and 16 colors).

Shipping info: Expedited shipping options are available at additional cost.

    39. Or a pair of Richer Poorer recycled fleece sweatpants that'll help even your coolest friend look cooler (and you thought that was impossible) while temps drop.

    Melanie Aman / BuzzFeed

"It’s taken me a really long time to finally write a review because these pants are so dang comfy that I’ve just been snuggled in them under a blanket and in my bed for the last month and a half. But seriously, these sweats are a dream. The soft fleece lining is ultra warm; I ventured outside when the temps were in the high 30s and my legs were plenty warm with no long johns underneath the sweats. I’m also a big fan of the fit, which is tapered enough so that I don’t feel like my clothes are consuming me. Even more important, it prevents the dreaded diaper butt that can happen with some sweats that stretch over time. My only complaint is that the sizing is a bit tricky. I consulted the sizing chart and went for the size that matched my natural waist and the length is a little short for my liking. (They hit a little higher on the ankle than I would like; for reference, I’m 5'5".) Because of that, I would recommend sizing up unless you’re into the bare ankle look!" —Melanie Aman

Get them from Richer Poorer for $72 (available in sizes XS–XL and 12 colors).

Shipping info: Expedited shipping options are available at additional cost.

    40. A hooded Sherpa robe that you'll hear about how great it is every time you see them for the rest of your life. And you know what? That'd be lovely.

    L.L. Bean

"My apartment is the icebox where Omarion's heart used to be. So, I bought this mammoth of a robe to survive the ice age. It's long, hooded, and incredibly plush. Sometimes, I use it as a blanket. The second I put it on, my roommate bought one. I feel like I'm at a resort when I wear it. They sell out pretty fast because L.L. Bean doesn't play when it comes to quality. This robe is no exception. I can't wait until it gets cold again so I can wear this around the house and feel like a winter princess." —Christine Forbes

Get it from L.L. Bean for $99 (available in petite and plus sizes XS–XL and six colors).

Shipping info: Expedited shipping options are available at additional cost.

I am not gentle with my jewelry — I wear them to sleep, while I shower, etc. I also have v, v sensitive ears and I'm happy to report that these haven't irritated my skin or tarnished even a bit! I have three sets of lobe piercings and wear these alongside my plain gold huggie hoops and they are the perfect complementary piece." —Chelsea Stuart

They're super lightweight and comfy, plus they keep my feet so warm that I don't even need to wear socks.
