Check Out This £15 Pot That Saved My Very Neglected Plant

It definitely planted a smile on my face.

I am not ashamed to admit that I may be just a tad plant-obsessed. I have formed a habit of *rescuing* succulents from supermarkets in order to give them some sort of chance to thrive.

Although I usually stick to smaller and more hardy plants, I couldn't help myself when I came across this larger fellow who looked a little unloved!

In order to give it the best chance, I invested in this durable plant pot that has its own built-in reservoir system.

Compared to your regular plant pots, this one has a water reservoir at the bottom which will save you from overwatering your plants, and means they will be a bit more forgiving if you forget to water them.

You can remove the plastic insert if you ever want to give the pot a clean, and it can also be taken out if you're repotting and want to get rid of any excess water at the bottom.

The pot is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, so even if your favourite plant suddenly gets caught in a downpour the reservoir will save any surplus water for later!

It was super easy to transport my plant into its new pot, and after its first watering I could already tell a huge difference!

It's lightweight so doesn't make your plant feel too heavy, and the choice of colours lets you customise your plants a little bit more if you're bored of the plastic nursery pots or terracotta.

So, if you're prone to neglecting your plants or being way too generous with water, you should really check out the Elho urban pot to turn you into a green-fingered expert!
