The Top Creepy Play Doh Ads
September 18 is oddly enough, National Play-Doh Day. Our only hunch is that this day may have been the 54th anniversary of the invention of the product by Joseph McVicker, although we’ve had a hard time pinning down an exact date. Regardless, in its time on the market it’s become a staple of childhood on par with Lego. Weirdly, then, the company has recently taken to some unusual advertising practices (something edgy to connect with a new generation no doubt), as you’ll note while perusing these 12 Creepy Play-Doh Ads.

4-year old Josh Sacco aka "Rizzo" (named after the gold medal-winning team’s captain Mike Eruzione), does a spot-on impression of the inspirational locker room speech done by Kurt Russell in the movie 'Miracle' about he 1980 U.S. Olympic men’s hockey team’s upset of Russia.
Top 20 Jewish Comedians of All Time
Obviously, trying to whittle the field of outstanding Jewish comedians down to a choice twenty will invariably yield some problems, exaggerations and blind spots, and we’re mostly happy with how mental_floss handled the not inconsiderable task. That said, we really don’t like Seth Rogen and don’t understand why he made their list of the Top 20 Jewish Comedians of All Time. Also, how did Woody Allen get stuck at number 19? What do you think?
