In spite of all this, though, there are some people who still aren't turned off by him. I guess because Penn Badgley has nice curly hair and cheekbones? IDK.

But who is ready and willing to step up and school us on why we're not supposed to find Joe attractive? None other than Gossip Girl himself, Penn Badgley.
Number one: He is a murderer. That should be the only reason you need, TBH.
He's a whole new level of problems, not sexiness.
And no, Penn is not down to kidnap you in real life.
I mean, at least this whole thing is giving him motivation to step up his game and be even creepier in season 2.
And in the meantime, Penn should probably get on the phone with his agent.
