If you've been on Twitter over the last few days, you'll probably have seen some variation of a new meme inspired by the most iconic teen drama of our times, Gossip Girl.

The meme goes something like this:

This is testing what little sanity I have left

It basically consists of rearranging the letters in "gossip girl" to spell out...anything else. It's dumb. It's fantastic!

And one person who agrees on the fantasticness of the meme is Serena van der Woodsen herself, Blake Lively.

On Wednesday, Blake hopped onto Instagram to post her own version of the meme, taking the opportunity to turn it into a PSA about protecting ourselves and others during the coronavirus pandemic.

Last month, Blake and her husband Ryan Reynolds announced they were donating $1 million to two food banks in the US and Canada to help with coronavirus relief.

"Sending so much love," Blake wrote in her Instagram post announcing the donations. "Now can someone please tell Ryan that 'emotional distancing' from his mother-in-law is not a thing."
