Great article! But just to add - you don’t always have to add a workout to your routine to lose weight. I lost a lot of weight after my 2nd child was born (about 70 lbs total, I weigh 20 less then before I had kids, kept it off for one year now) and I did it by switching to salads. Minimal cheese and a lite dressing, but still a good sized lunch portion. English muffin w/ cheese for breakfast. I skip dinner in favor of a light snack around 9 pm. (Also, my metabolism isn’t as fast used to be, I’m almost 39.) I have never worked out because I really hate it. I suppose I could eat more if I did work out, but I prefer to give up the food. (Yes, I hate working out THAT much!) Just an FYI for others who don’t like to exercise…it’s still possible to lose weight imo.
