    10 Autumn Wellness Tips

    As an anxious college student, these are some of my favorite ways to prioritize self care in a rather stressful time.

    1. Go on a mindful hike.

    2. Test your baking skills.

    3. Practice some meditation.

    4. Take a mini road trip.

    5. Watch some fall shows.

    6. Start a journal.

    7. Spend some time with family (biological or chosen).

    8. Give thanks.

    9. Volunteer.

    10. Celebrate Thanksgiving!
