    Medal Table Winners in Percentage

    Canada not only won a record 14 gold medals in the 2010 Winter Olympics, they also joined an exclusive group of four other states (including successor states) ever to top the medal table, and became the first nation since Norway in 1952 to do so at home. In percentage of available gold medals, however, their cull was the third worst ever.
