TV and Movies·Posted on Apr 2, 201922 Marvel Characters Ranked From "Not Worth Saving" To "If They Die, I Die"Oh, snap!by Ehis OsifoBuzzFeed StaffFacebookPinterestTwitterMailLink With Avengers: Endgame on the horizon and us not knowing the fates of those who were snapped, I decided to rank those whom I think should stay snapped and those who shouldn't: 22. Bucky Barnes Marvel I don't care that he was brainwashed when he did it — Bucky killed Iron Man's parents and was the cause for the rift between the Avengers during Civil War. I truly don't understand why, time and time again, people keep trying to save this man. HE IS NOT WORTH IT! 21. Star-Lord Marvel My guy, you had one job. ONE JOB. To take down Thanos! Yes, I know you were upset about Gamora, but there were greater priorities at hand here, namely not letting Thanos get the Time Stone. But, because of your reckless impulsiveness, you went and fucked everything up. 20. Captain America Marvel A part of me really does love Cap, I do. But a bigger part of me is tired of his savior ass, especially when it's usually his bad judgement that's the cause of A LOT of problems, *cough Civil War, cough Bucky Barnes*. It's his time to go. He's fought valiantly and hard, but his purpose has been fulfilled. Time to pass the reins on to someone else. 19. Iron Man Marvel Iron Man's done some good by the Avengers, but he's hella cocky for someone who isn't much without his suit. NGL, he's low-key the weakest link. He doesn't HAVE to die, though. Like, if he did, I wouldn't be mad, but he could also retire and live his life with Pepper. 18. Rocket Marvel I'm tired of this annoying ass rat. Thank you, next! 17. Falcon Marvel I know Falcon is, like, in the Avengers — both the group and the movies — but I can't tell you why he's significant. He can fly, I guess? 16. War Machine Marvel I'm still harboring resentment toward him after all that shit with the Sovakia Accords. Maybe I just resent all these men who act as leaders and make all these important decisions even though none of them have ANY super-capable abilities. A tricked-out suit does not a superhero make! 15. Hawkeye Marvel I get why he's in retirement, I do. But when all your homies were in danger in Infinity War, you were nowhere be found, when you KNEW your Katniss-like skills could have damn well come in handy. We'll see if he redeems himself in Endgame, but at the moment, I have my reservations. 14. Loki Marvel Not gonna lie, Loki was ~low-key~ Thor's very own Bucky Barnes. He was always starting shit and was always getting people into trouble. BUT, he did swipe the Tesseract and stood with Thor in his final moments. But did that make up for all the wrongdoings of his past? Who's to say? On the fence about him coming back to life or not. Stay tuned. 13. Black Widow Marvel She's pretty badass — especially with that Widow's Bite of hers — but I feel like I don't know enough about Black Widow to fully sink my teeth into her. Maybe if she, I don't know, had her own movie, I'd be able to care a bit more about her. 12. Groot Marvel I really do love this tree. But, he's also a tree. So, will be sad if he stays dead, but I can also go outside and look around if I miss him. 11. Doctor Strange Marvel If I'm being honest, a big part of the reason why I like Doctor Strange is 'cause I can't separate him from Sherlock Holmes. But I'd like to see him come back. He seems to be one of the few people with any sense in the MCU. He def knows something, and we must find out what it is! 10. Gamora Marvel Gamora didn't deserve to go out the way she did. You can't choose your family, 'cause NO ONE would choose a father who was down to sacrifice his kid to obtain an Infinity Stone. Her only flaw was seeing something in Star-Lord. 9. Thor Marvel Thor seems to be one of the few Avengers with ACTUAL powers, and not just a particular set of skills and a fancy suit. Plus, even though the world where he came from/ruled is basically OBLITERATED, he somehow still finds the time and energy to also care about Earth. A goddamn hero, if you ask me. 8. Spider-Man Marvel "Mr. Stark, I don't feel so good." If y'all don't bring this sweet boy back, I'm hauling ass to Marvel Studios to crack some skulls. He's barely lived! He can't die! He has to fall in love and grow old with Zendaya! 7. Hulk Marvel IF MARK RUFFALO DIES, I DIE! That's it. That's my reasoning. 6. Black Panther Marvel Wakanda forever! The Black Panther line cannot end with T'Challa. Especially with all that he and Wakanda have done for the world. Without him and Wakanda, Captain America wouldn't have his shield and Bucky Barnes, unfortunately, wouldn't have lived to see the light of another day. He cares so deeply for not only his people, but ALL people. Even though he's hella powerful, he still spreads his power and knowledge to the rest of the world — something he def doesn't need to do. HE CANNOT DIE, I WILL NOT HAVE IT! 5. Valkyrie Marvel She's a warrior for the Asgardian people, there to fight for them and protect them in a time when they're left with nothing but a dash of hope — she is their hope. Also? Certified badass. We JUST found out this girl is alive. You can't give her to us and then take her away! She's destined for greatness. 4. Shuri Marvel When I found out Shuri didn't make it...whew, chile. A mind like hers cannot go to waste. She's the innovator of the MCU! Not to mention, she's the head of technology and research for the Wakandan Outreach Centre. Y'all better bring this girl back so she can develop some dope technology to make sure none of this Infinity Stone shit ever happens again. 3. Okoye Marvel Okoye is gonna save EVERYBODY. Calling it right now. She's the general of the Dora Milaje, the most badass army in the universe, which means that she's the head badass of all the badasses. She can do more with a wig than most people can do with a full arsenal of weapons. 2. Captain Marvel Marvel Captain Marvel is, without a doubt, the most powerful person in the MCU. Also, she has the biggest heart. She cares deeply, fights fiercely, and lives bravely. If she dies, the spirit of the MCU dies with her. Her name is Captain MARVEL for god's sake. We must protect her at all costs. 1. Goose Marvel If Goose isn't your favorite character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, then you need to check your priorities. This Flerken is the ultimate protector of only those who are worthy — making her the best judge of character. Plus, her powers? The way she can just slurp people up like ramen? Amazing. If the fight is between Goose and Thanos, my money is on Goose.
