18. The "Oakland County Child Killer," whose identity is still unknown, kidnapped and killed Timmy King. When Timmy was reported missing, his mother wrote a letter to the local newspaper begging for his safe return so that she could feed him his favorite meal, Kentucky Fried Chicken. When Timmy's body was found, there were chicken remnants in his stomach.
