Yogurt Smoothies 4-Ways, made with EasiYo — it’s yogurt you can make at home!

To Make Your EasiYo Yogurt

STEP 1: Half fill your EasiYo yogurt jar with room temperature drinking water (60-68°F). Add your preferred flavoured yogurt sachet, seal the lid and give it a shake. Top up the jar with more water, then seal the lid and shake once more.

STEP 2: Place the plastic insert into your yogurt maker as far as it can go. Add boiling water up to the top of the plastic insert, then place your jar into the EasiYo Yogurt Maker so it sits on top of the plastic insert and put the lid on.

STEP 3: Leave your EasiYo Yogurt Maker on the bench top (out of the sun) and leave to set for 8 -12 hours. Chill in the fridge before consuming.

Vanilla Yogurt Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients

35 oz (1kg) EasiYo Greek Style Vanilla Yogurt Base 

2 teaspoons vanilla bean extract 

3 cups frozen banana slices

2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter  

2 tablespoons hemp seeds 

1/3 cup chia seeds

To garnish

1 tablespoon buckwheat, toasted 

2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter 

Method

STEP 1: Place the EasiYo Greek Style Vanilla Yogurt Base, vanilla bean extract, banana slices, peanut butter, hemp seeds and chia seeds in a blender. Place the lid onto to the blender and blend ingredients on high speed until smooth. 

STEP 2: Remove the lid from the blender and pour the vanilla smoothie into a tall glass to serve. 

STEP 3: Garnish the vanilla smoothie with toasted buckwheat and peanut butter. 

STEP 4: ENJOY!

Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients

35 oz (1kg) EasiYo Greek Style Blueberry Yogurt Base 

1/4 cup beet juice

4 oz (125g) frozen blueberries 

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

To garnish

8 blackberries, crushed 

2 tablespoons EasiYo Greek Style Plain 2% Yogurt Base 

Method

STEP 1: Place the EasiYo Greek Style Blueberry Yogurt Base, beet juice, frozen blueberries, chia seeds and hemp seeds into a blender. Place the lid onto the blender and blend ingredients on high speed until smooth. 

STEP 2: Remove the lid from the blender and pour the blueberry smoothie into a tall glass to serve. 

STEP 3: Garnish the blueberry smoothie with crushed blackberries and EasiYo Greek Style [Unsweetened/Natural/Plain 2%] Yogurt. 

STEP 4: ENJOY!

Passionfruit Yogurt Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients

35 oz (1kg) cups EasiYo Greek Style Passionfruit Yogurt Base 

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 cup frozen banana slices

1/4 cup fresh passionfruit pulp

1 tablespoon sunflower seeds

To garnish

1 orange, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons fresh passionfruit pulp

Method

STEP 1: Place the EasiYo Greek Style Passionfruit Yogurt Base, chia seeds, banana slices, passionfruit pulp and sunflower seeds into a blender. Place the lid onto the blender and blend ingredients on high speed until smooth. 

STEP 2: Remove the lid from the blender and pour the passionfruit smoothie into a tall glass to serve. 

STEP 3: Garnish the passionfruit smoothie with orange slice and passionfruit pulp. 

STEP 4: ENJOY!

Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients

35 oz (1kg) EasiYo Greek Style Strawberry Yogurt Base 

1/4 cup chia seeds

2 teaspoons honey 

4 oz (125g) frozen strawberries, halved 

1/2 cup mint leaves, loosely packed 


To garnish

Strawberries

Mint leaves 

Method

STEP 1: Place the EasiYo Greek Style Strawberry Yogurt Base, chia seeds, honey, frozen strawberries and mint leaves into a blender. Place the lid onto the blender and blend ingredients on high speed until smooth. 

STEP 2: Remove the lid from the blender and pour the strawberry smoothie into a tall glass to serve. 

STEP 3: Garnish the strawberry smoothie with strawberries and mint leaves. 

STEP 4: ENJOY!
