I had to wear mine all the time (unless I was eating), but, like others have said, it depends on the person.

I’ve had Invisalign, and they’ll typically give you these tiny rubber bands to pull your teeth back/forward very slowly. It is pretty annoying to put them on at first, but it gets easier. :)

It really said over 6’1”... I’m literally not even 5’4” 💀
