Dolmio One-Pot Seafood Spaghetti Bolognese

Dolmio One-pot Seafood Spaghetti Bolognese

450 grams spaghetti

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 onions, finely chopped

4–6 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 red chilli deseeded & chopped finely

300 grams cooked, frozen mixed seafood, thawed

Salt & pepper, to taste

500 gram jar Dolmio Original Bolognese sauce

30 grams basil


Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

Place the pot back over a medium heat and add the olive oil.

Add the onion, garlic and chilli to the pan and saute gently for around 4-5 minutes or until the onions become translucent.

Next add the seafood, stir and cook for around 3-4 minutes or until the seafood is hot.

Add the Dolmio Original Bolognese sauce, stir and bring to a simmer.

Next add the cooked spaghetti along with the basil and stir until fully combined.

Serve and enjoy!
