How To Survive A Bad Day, As Told By Disney's Alexander

Anyone who says there is no such thing as a bad day just hasn't had one. Disney's Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day is in cinemas December 4.

Sometimes bad days happen.

These days suck.

And they're not just bad. They're terrible.

Like, you-burned-your-crush's-notebook-in-front-of-everybody terrible.

Horrible.

Like, your-mum-walked-in-on-you-naked horrible.

No good, VERY BAD DAYS.

And you just can't escape them.

Days where you feel like you're cursed.

You definitely are, though.

And nobody even gets it.

But guess what.

No matter how bad your day gets...

...how terrible, horrible, no good, and very, very bad.

No matter how unexpected...

....sometimes you've just gotta take your bad day head-on...

Stare it in its ugly face.

...and just let it happen.

Even if it hurts a little bit.

So you can love the good days even more.

'Cause how good are good days, right?!

And just remember...

...there's always a chance it could turn out to be the best worst day of your life.
