OPEN LETTER TO PRESIDENTIAL NOMINEES

A suggestion for taking the helm on the critical matter of Law Enforcement in America.

CALL A MEETING

Americans are America.

Abraham Lincoln led America towards being one America at a very high cost.

America's Law Enforcement personnel are Americans. The people they are intended to serve are Americans.

The person that will next lead America should grab the current crisis of relationship between America's Law Enforcement and America's citizens and improve harmony.

Here is one suggestion for achieving this: Call a Meeting.

1)Request Law Enforcement Leaders from every major city down to every applicable hamlet attend a roundtable. Pick a city.

2)Request "respected representatives" of the aggrieved American citizenry attend the same roundtable. These representatives must be solution-oriented, not protest-oriented.

3)Select the "right" moderator(s) to lead a root-cause discovery discussion to the question: "What is the problem?" or "What are the problems?"

4)The root cause(s) as seen from BOTH perspectives must be obtained in the rawest, most honest sense feasible.

5)The roundtable should be openly aired to the American public.

6)The next American Leader should commit a Plan of Action commencing January 2017 to begin addressing and/or remedying the root cause(s) uncovered at the roundtable.

Hopefully this would be an action plan that begins leading towards an America that is America and less 'ethno-America.'
