    Detroit Red Wings' Nicklas Lidstrom Announces Retirement

    The man nicknamed "The Perfect Human" for his seemingly infalliable play and thorough sportsmanship, announced his retirement from hockey today at the age of 42. He leaves as a Hall of Fame lock and as one of the greatest defensemen to ever play the game.
