We Know If You're Unhealthily Attached To Your Phone Based On Your Answers To These Questions

Approximately how many hours do you spend on your phone each day? 

When you get off your phone after a period of time, how do you feel?

Would you say you spend more time on social media/entertainment apps or educational/productiviy apps?

Do you check your phone as soon as you wake up?

When do you usually put your phone away before bed?

Do you feel like you get distracted easily by your phone?

And finally, can you make it through a social interaction without checking your phone?

I hate to break it to you, but you would sacrifice your life for your phone. Your relationship with your device is pretty unhealthy and you might want to consider forming some better habits. We understand that phones are addictive by design, but here are our tips for #breakingup with your phone:


1. Try not to use your phone at least 30 minutes before going to bed. This will help you be able to get better sleep. We know you probably like to use your phone right before you sleep, but instead of this, try plugging it in and reading a book instead. That's right, we're telling you to READ.



2. Another idea, even though it may be annoying, is to set limits on your phone. Do not disturb, app time limits, and removing distraction-based apps from your home screen are some great examples to help keep yourself in check!

You love your phone more than you love your parents

It seems like you have good control when it comes to being on your device! However, it might be a good idea to work even harder to create healthier habits. A good idea may be to see if the time you do spend on your phone affects things like your sleep schedule, your work ethic, and more. If the hours you spend on your device still seems to affect your good habits in a negative way, then it might be a good plan to make some changes.
