    Bath Soaks 4 Ways

    1. Hydrating Honey Oat Bath Soak

    MATERIALS

    1 cup rolled oats, ground

    ¼ cup honey

    1 cup epsom salt

    1 teaspoon coconut oil

    A few drops chamomile essential oil

    1 17-ounce glass container with airtight lid, if storing

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. In a small bowl, stir honey into ground oats until fully incorporated and the mixture becomes crumbly.

    2. Add epsom salt, coconut oil, and chamomile essential oil, and stir until mixture is evenly distributed.

    3. Pour into glass jar and store until ready to use.

    4. When ready to the use, sprinkle desired amount into warm running bath water.

    5. Relax and enjoy!

    2. Detoxifying Himalayan Rose Bath Soak

    MATERIALS

    1 cup epsom salt

    1 cup Himalayan pink salt

    A few drops rose essential oil

    1 17-ounce glass container with airtight lid, if storing

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. In a small bowl, combine epsom salt, pink salt, and rose essential oil until thoroughly mixed.

    2. Pour into glass jar and store until ready to use.

    3. When ready to use, sprinkle desired amount into warm running bath water.

    4. Relax and enjoy!

    3. Rejuvenating Citrus Matcha Bath Soak

    MATERIALS

    2 cups epsom salt

    A few drops citrus essential oil of choice

    2 tablespoons matcha

    1 17-ounce glass container with airtight lid, if storing

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. In a small bowl, thoroughly combine epsom salt and citrus essential oil.

    2. Add in matcha and stir until thoroughly mixed.

    3. Pour into glass jar and store until ready to use.

    4. When ready to use, sprinkle desired amount into warm running bath water.

    5. Relax and enjoy!

    4. Soothing Lavender Bath Soak

    MATERIALS

    2 cups epsom salt

    A few drops lavender essential oil

    A few drops purple soap dye (optional)

    1 17-ounce glass container with airtight lid, if storing

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. In a small bowl, combine epsom salt, lavender essential oil, and purple soap dye until thoroughly mixed.

    2. Pour into glass jar and store until ready to use.

    3. When ready to use, sprinkle desired amount into warm running bath water.

    4. Relax and enjoy!
