This is dumb. I am in my period but it says I’m not I assume because I didn’t select any of the emotional, irritable answers. We aren’t all raging bitches. That stereotype is annoying and tired.
I arrived at the hospital in just enough time to get into a bed and start pushing. A wonderful nurse had me doing some “practice” pushes while we waited for the obstetrician. She was standing at my feet holding one of my legs up while I pushed when my water suddenly broke. It looked like someone threw a bucket of water at her. She told me after that it was the first time in all her years of working labor and delivery that she had to shower at work. She was very sweet and laughed about it so my husband bought her an entire cheesecake as a thank you/apology gift.
