    5 Ways To Stay Healthy

    With the Coronavirus at large, staying healthy is more important than ever. Here are 5 ways to stay healthy and avoid the COVID-19.

    1. Wash Your Hands

    While you should wash your hands ALL THE TIME, you should especially wash your hands when you are trying to avoid a bug that's going around. Washing your hands with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds will do wonders in helping you stay healthy.

    2. Stay Away From Sick People

    If your friend has a the flu, don't visit them. It may seem like a sweet idea to drop them off soup but I promise, you'll regret it. Video chat and order them some delivery, it's just as nice and you won't get sick.

    Also, if you're sick you should stay away from people. Quarantine yourself from friends and family, and call in sick to work. Not everyone has a strong immune system.

    3. Get Enough Sleep

    Speaking of immune systems, yours will be stronger as long as you get a good amount of sleep each night. Your body needs rest to be strong and fight off viruses.

    4. Eat A Balanced Diet

    In addition to sleep, your body needs the right amount of nutrients to have a strong immune system. Eating a balanced diet is vital to making sure you stay healthy.

    5. Take Vitamins

    During flu season, it's a good idea to take extra vitamins to help boost your immune system. Staying healthy doesn't happen by chance, you have to contribute.
