10 Unanswered Questions From Sabrina The Teenage Witch

1. Where did Jenny go?

After the first season of Sab ended, so did her friendship with bff Jenny Kelly; she was never featured or mentioned on the show again.

2. When can she see her mom again?

In the first episode, Sabrina's father Ted explained that she wouldn't be able to see her mother again before her 18th birthday or she would turn into a ball of wax. Her mom did just that in the Season 6 episode "The Whole Ball of Wax", in which Sabrina was in her twenties. They carried this "mom-wax-ball" concept on until the series finale, implying that she could just never see her mom again. Ever.

3. How does time work?

In Season 1, Sabrina was a Sophomore in high school. In Season 2, she was a Junior. Season 3 was supposed to be a continuation of her Junior year (she became a Senior in the Season 4 opener) and yet it had the same chronological progression as the two previous seasons; it even had its own Christmas episode, "Christmas Amnesia".

4. How do Hilda and Zelda age?

Hilda and Zelda were well into their 600's when Sabrina began living with them. Through multiple flashbacks, they were shown as children during the Middle Ages but also in what appeared to be the early 20th century. They were shown as adults during the Middle Ages, as well, and Hilda was even responsible for destroying the Parthenon. How is it possible that they were children and adults at the same time? 5. What about Harvey?

In 1998, Sabrina went to Rome in a predictably ridiculous made for TV movie and completely forgot about her lingering romance with Harvey Kinkle. Instead, she cozied up to Paul, a hunky photographer who saved her from falling into the Trevi Fountain (still, he's no Harvey). Interestingly enough, the film was aired almost immediately after Sab and Harvey decided to give their relationship another go in the first episode of Season 3, "It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad Season Opener".

6. Didn't Amanda lose her powers?

Sabrina's devious witch cousin Amanda appeared at least once in each season, but in the Season 3 episode "Sabrina, the Matchmaker", Amanda, her sister, and her mother all lost their powers when they were revealed as witches to the plumber. It apparently wasn't an important bit of information, because Amanda remained a witch for the next four seasons.

7. Where's the knowledge?

Zelda once told Sabrina that when a witch receives her Witch's Licence, she'll possess all the knowledge of the universe. If that were true then there would certainly be no Seasons 4-7 (which may not be such a bad thing, #TeamHarvey #HateJosh).

8. Did Dreama ever get her license?

In the Season 4 episode "Dream a Little Dreama Me", Sabrina learned that she'd have to mentor a witch student, Dreama, who was studying to get her Witch's Licence. Sabrina, who was clearly qualified having received her licence two episodes prior, would be banished from the mortal realm if she failed to improve Dreama's magic within a certain time frame. It was never addressed if Dreama got her license and her magic never improved throughout the season, but nothing happened so Sabrina so we can assume everything went A-OK. Maybe the question should be rephrased, "How did Dreama ever get her licence?"

9. Did Sabrina ever finish school?

The Season 6 finale is a DOOZY, but leaves a lot of questions unanswered. One of the most important questions is what happened to Adams College? In Season 7, Sabrina, Roxie, and Morgan all moved into the aunties' house and Sab began working for Scorch magazine. The three are never shown attending school again, possibly implying that their education ended after two short seasons. One of the least important questions is what happened to Miles, because who liked Miles anyways?

10. Why didn't anyone else think of this??

In the series finale "What a Witch Wants/Soul Mates", Sabrina's mom was able to attend her wedding because Zelda sacrificed herself (again) and convinced the Witch's Council to turn her into a candle for the day, allowing Sabrina's mom to remain human. Why the hell didn't anyone think of this before? Is one day as a candle really that bad? Was there not enough room in the budget to make another wax-head of Zelda? The world may never know.
