    To be more clear: Brittany is a culturally unique place in France - it is not Paris - it is a place that has struggled to keep its culture for centuries while also being part of France as a whole. As a Breton-American, I would be so, so sad if Breton names became a fad in America…

    Not to be a jerk, but I kind of hate it when people name their kids super culturally-specific names without any personal connection to that culture. Esp. with French names you find a lot of people who think French culture = instant sophistication.

    As a French-American, I stand behind everything (except the canned cheese - get real whiz). I find most of my family/friends find this funny but also enjoy it. Back in the 70s my French cousins asked my Mimi to bring Jello back for every visit.

    Type in "hyperdontia", receive nightmares. I am simultaneously obsessed and repulsed by textures like this. The disgust extends to food textures. Fruit is kind of a problem.

    I think it's more about the styling in film and TV. Men's clothes ARE more comfortable, but in most cases women aren't swimming in button down shirts.
