    1. Buckled slide sandals that are a comfortable (not to mention affordable) dupe of everyone's favorite summertime granola staple.

Promising review: "I ordered these for a beach trip after deciding I was tired of flip-flops. At the same, I also ordered Birkenstocks to wear around the house. After wearing these sandals for the beach trip, I decided to return the Birskenstock sandals — they were not even close to being as comfortable as these sandals and they cost much more. I love that these sandals stay securely on while walking (even in sand) and the molded foot bed has arch support. I couldn't be happier with my great find and I will order more colors soon." —Amazon Customer

Get them from Amazon for $16.99+ (available in sizes 6-11 and in 49 styles).

I wore these for a four-day trip to Disney World, walking over five miles a day and standing in lines for hours and my feet never hurt. I was so impressed by how comfortable and how light they were. The cushion was just what I needed. Hoping to be able to buy more of these (especially at the great sale price I got them) to replace most of my other shoes. Get won't regret the comfort!!" —abizzybody

Promising review: "WOW THESE shoes are SO comfy! They are really soft and flexible — reminds me of a dance shoe. I am not a heel person but this heel is the perfect height. The foot bed is cushiony and the suede is really soft. I usually don't spend this much on a pair of shoes that I wouldn't wear on a daily basis, but I'm so glad I did! They are my go-to shoe with a crop pant or dress now." —tara_fitandhappy

I listened to other reviews and ordered half a size down (I’m a 7 but ordered 6.5) and they fit perfectly with a little extra room for comfort! When I saw they made flip-flops I used the try before you buy feature and wasted no time buying them. They are soooo comfortable. We have tile and hardwood floors and if I'm not wearing good shoes, the pads of my feet and ankles hurt by the end of the day. These are like walking on pillows without being bulky (just good soles) and they fit my feet like a glove. Just ordered me another pair." —Bonnie Wagaman

Get them from Amazon for $28.40+ (available in sizes 5–12 and in 39 colors).

These are the best brand of tennis shoes I have ever owned. They feel wonderful on my arthritic feet, and my feet breathe in them all day, so they never sweat and don't swell up when I take them off. Would I file these under the most fashion-forward shoes I've ever owned? Not necessarily. But what they lack in trendiness is made up for in cleverly disguised comfort. I bought these before spending a semester abroad in Italy and wore them EVERYWHERE. The step-count these babies saw was through the roof. They survived loads of uneven cobblestone and were perfect for everything from museum tours to dinners out. Dressy enough not to garner "that's an American" looks from the locals, but more than comfortable enough that I could speedwalk around the country (much to the chagrin of my friends with ~normal~ walking speeds).

Get them from Amazon for $31+ (available 5–12, three widths, and in six colors).

Promising review: "Planned a last-minute international beach trip and assumed that my trip would be spent in flip-flops. Nope. These I purchased at the last minute as a backup and they worked miracles. They fit my wide feet (one is wider than the other and both fit with the stretchy straps), they were comfortable, and I wore them seven times in seven days. Great arch support. Simply felt great. I will buy every other color and they will be my go-to all summer! Also, I stopped wearing heels a couple of years ago due to ankle challenges and the small heel on these is no problem." —Lisa
