4. Lady's maids really could be quite slippery.

O'Brien is all shades of sneaky and that's not far off from how real lady's maids were thought of. Lady's maids were perceived to be untrustworthy by other servants because of their intimacy with their employers. Sounds like a lose-lose situation.
