    27 Extremely Dark True Crime Stories People Never, Ever, Ever Seem To Talk About

    "In the late 1970s and 1980s, each of the seven victims disappeared on a Wednesday and all were later found, dead, within 12 miles of each other. The killer was never caught."

    There are a lot of true crime stories that are so infamous it feels like we hear about them all the time — Ted Bundy, the Zodiac Killer, Jeffrey Dahmer...the list goes on, and on. But there are actually just as many (if not more) little-known true crime stories from history you may not have heard about.

    So when we asked the BuzzFeed Community to tell us about a true crime story we haven't already heard 100x before, they came back with some truly bone-chilling examples. Here's what they shared:
