I Tried These New Kraft Mac & Cheese "Flavor Boosters," And Here's What They're Like

    Honestly, not mad at this.

If you're someone who loves mac 'n' cheese — and that should be all of you (provided you can eat it; if you have food allergies, I'm sorry!) — then, I feel like it's my duty to let you know that Kraft is coming out with these kinda wild "Flavor Boost" packets, which are essentially just seasoning packets for your mac 'n' cheese...but, honestly, they have pretty fun flavors.

The flavors they come in are pizza, buffalo, and ranch.

three packages of seasoning: pizza, buffalo, and ranch

Before we get into the taste test, I want to let you know that these Flavor Packets are all a part of Kraft's newly launched Flvrs Club. Joining the club is free, and it's the only way you can get your hands on these bad boys...for now. (The Flavor Boosters will hit shelves at select retail stores nationwide in early 2022.)

And now, here's what I thought about the Flavor Boosters:

    RANCH

    Thoughts:

Me eating the first bowl of ranch mac and cheese

    PIZZA

    Thoughts:

Me eating pizza flavored mac and cheese

    Buffalo

    Thoughts:

me eating the buffalo mac and cheese

    BONUS: Ranch and Buffalo combined

Combined ranch and buffalo mac and cheese

    Thoughts:

me holding two bowls of mac and cheese

OVERALL THOUGHTS: Look, Kraft mac 'n' cheese does JUST FINE on its own, but these Flavor Boosts are pretty fun, too. Would I eat them all the time? No. But that's not the point. Sometimes you just want to try something different! Also, who doesn't love ranch, pizza, and buffalo flavor?! I can definitely see kids loving these as well as anyone who loves any of those flavors...and mac 'n' cheese.

To try Kraft's Flavor Boosters yourself, all you have to do is sign up for Kraft Flvrs Club at kraftflvrs.com, and then look out for your chance to win each Flavor Boost drop so you can try them before they're available in-store. (You can also win free merch, fwiw.)

And, FYI, each flavor has specific drop dates:

    BUFFALO on 10/25

    RANCH on 10/28

    PIZZA on 11/2

But, don't forget, the Flavor Boosters will also be available for purchase in-store at select retailers nationwide in early 2022. So even if you don't win them, YOU WILL GET YOUR CHANCE TO TRY!
