If you're any kind of Star Wars fan — that is to say, if you have a heartbeat and love movies — then I don't need to explain to you how beloved Chewbacca is to the fandom.

And according to Ron Howard, director of Solo: A Star Wars Story, the upcoming film will be Chewbacca's best role ever. SO, GET EXCITED WOOKIE FANS!

ANYWAY...in the spirit of Chewbacca and his heart of gold, Lucasfilm and Star Wars: Force for Change just launched the #RoarForChange challenge with this funny and adorable video.

The cast and crew go on about how Chewbacca has this rough exterior, but is super sweet (DUH) deep down.

Our love Donald Glover (Lando Calrissian) jokes, "Chewy's a complete diva."

That umbrella though, looool.

And his on-screen BFF Alden Ehrenreich (Han Solo) tells us how it ~really~ is on set — saying that Chewbacca is "pretty tough on the crew."

I guess they didn't offer Porg meat on the taco truck?!

But — not to make you scream with joy or anything — this shot of Chewbacca holding a WEE PUPPER reminds us all just how big hearted Chewbacca is, particularly when it comes to the lil' guys.

(Which, I guess, is basically everyone else compared to him?!)

So, if you want to participate in the challenge, all you have to do is record and upload your "very best" (or, ya know, whatever you can muster up!) Chewy roar and post, like, or share it with the hashtag #RoarForChange from May 3–25!

For every post, like, or share using #RoarForChange on social media during these dates, Star Wars: Force for Change will donate $1 (up to $1 million) to UNICEF where the funds will be used to support UNICEF's lifesaving work for children around the world.
