No, not Vista — this Vista internal sales video, which horrifically riffed on Bruce Springsteen’s “Dancing In The Dark.”
This internal video from 2008, was titled: “Rocking Our Sales,” by “Bruce ServicePack and the Vista Street Band.”
Yep, Bruce ServicePack.
It was, and remains, one of the worst sales videos in the history of sales.
Microsoft tried to claim that the video was a spoof — that they were in on the joke, making fun of themselves.
BULLSHIT.
They didn’t issue this “clarification” until after the entire Tech Blogosphere unzipped their collective pants, and urinated all over this thing.
