  • From Book To Movie

    FROM BOOK TO MOVIE Roger B. Private Investigator in “Action is my middle name" is now being turned into an animated movie. Author Paul Hill is Directing and Producing the movie. His next book in the series is entitled Roger B Private Investigator in “Lipstick, Action and the Smoking Gun." Aventine Press published the first book and will also be publishing the second book. Paul Hill is the owner of PEHJ Productions, an independent film production company in San Francisco. He first published Roger B in 2003. Later he decided to turn it into a movie. In fact, there will be a total of 3 movies produced from the first book. The working title for the movie is "The Practical Joke." The movie is slated to be released on April Fool's Day in 2017. The movie is based on chapter 5 of the book. There are 5 more chapters to enjoy. “Roger B. Private Investigator” This book is about a private investigator that just so happens to always be in the wrong place at the right time. This Native American takes you from one adventure to the next, globetrotting around the world. Since each chapter is a different story, you'll experience different situations as well as learn about the countries that he visits. You are also given actual historical facts on existing places that really captures the realistic view of the story. Along the way, Roger will develop a powerful nemesis. It’s up to you and Roger to defeat him. This will not be an easy task. As you go on each case with Roger you'll find yourself wanting to know what happens next. Besides, action is his middle name. Projected Movie release date (April Fools Day) April 1, 2017 “THE PRACTICAL JOKE” ANIMATED/ACTION & ADVENTURE 90 minutes trailer: Kevin loves a good laugh. The funnier the joke the better. Phone jokes are his favorite. Kevin plays a phone joke and accidentally finds out about a kidnapped little girl and the location of the ransom money. He and his friends decide to be heroes and go get the money but the plan back fires and the friends are captured by the kidnappers. Now it's up to Kevin and a Private Investigator by the name of Roger B. to save everyone before they are either arrested by the police or shot by the bad guys. This movie will have you saying: "YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A GOOD GUY TO BE A HERO, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SAVE THE DAY.“
