Professionals who apply tattooed permanent cosmetics for a living are divided on the question after looking at photos of Palin’s lips. But a permanent-cosmetics technician who has spent time with Palin, face-to-face, in her hometown of Wasilla, Alaska, thinks it’s highly unlikely.
