    1. A metallic-flecked toilet seat to give your cheeks a taste of luxury.

Get it from Urban Outfitters for $69+ (available in small and large and in silver and gold).

    2. A pack of adhesive, non-slip squares for the tub floor that function as art when they're not saving you from taking a bad spill.

Promising review: "I love the fact that you can arrange them before sticking them on. The adhesive is strong, so work slowly. I took others' advice about using rubbing alcohol to make sure all cleaner/soap was gone. Worked like a charm. I looked at other customer images for inspiration before arranging mine, but I wanted to post my pic to add to the examples. Sorry it's hard to see — I ordered the clear ones. They look great! Subtle look, but they definitely make a difference.

Get it from Amazon for $6.79+ (available in seven colors).

    3. A tiki tissue box holder that can be mounted above your toil— oh, bless you.

Promising review: "I've purchased this as a gift for 10 years. It is beautiful, functional, unique, and made of exceptionally durable material. It is ALWAYS received well." —Barbra Tucker

Get it from Amazon for $22.95 (available in three colors).

    4. A pack of Q-hooks — a reimagining of the classic S-hook — to make the inside of your closets look nice and tidy and actually stay put on the rod when you go to grab an item of clothing.

    Patrik Lindell / Via

Get it from Nak Nak for $18 (for a set of three).

    5. An LED showerhead attachment that changes colors with the temperature of the water so you never have to chance jumping into an ice-cold (or scalding hot) stream of water.

Promising review: "This showerhead is fantastic. My other showerhead was very noisy and the water flow/coverage was not that great. The main problem was that you had to reach into the shower to see if the water was warm enough to get into the shower, plus it took a one-minute minimum to warm up to a comfortable temperature. This new head allows us to see when the water is cold, warm, and hot, it allows us to set a temp that we like visually (color of blue, green, red depict three temp ranges), has versatile spray selections although we basically use just the rain shower setting. Also, a giant plus is how fast the shower warms up to temperature now; I'm guessing this benefit is because the better water flow allows the hot water to reach the head faster. Anyway, this is a perfect addition, is not a gimmick, and the product is attractive and appears to be well built." —V. Henry

Get it from Amazon for $29.99.

    6. A countertop drying rack for a houseplant you definitely can't kill.

Promising review: "Purchased this drying rack because the 'towel on the counter' method was taking up too much space and drying took forever. This is now easily one of my favorite purchases as a mom! The rack is cute, well-designed, and saves so much space on the counter. Because you can place items on the branches and on the bottom, the amount of bottle parts, pacifiers, and teethers you can fit on this rack is nothing short of impressive." —KJPetersen

Get it from Amazon for $12.99.

    7. A window-mounted cat bed that can support up to 50 pounds of feline weight.

Promising review: "It's been nine months and Tucker still loves this bed 10 times more than anything else I've bought him. He sleeps in it any time he's not sleeping with me... it's his main 'place' in the house. Several friends have bought it upon my recommendation and their cats love the sunny seat just as much." —Jen B

Get it from Amazon for $15.99.

    8. A swiveling oak trouser rack you can mount on a closet for easy access to 20 pairs of your pants (that's a lot of pants!).

Get it from Hammacher Schlemmer for $69.95 (available in cherry and oak).

    9. A space-saving outlet shelf that's perfect for propping up your home speakers while you bathe.

Promising review: "The quality of the product is excellent. I like the plain explanations on the instructions, and the box contains everything you'll need to get this thing hung, whether you have a GFCI or a regular duplex outlet. I put this in my bathroom to get a Play 1 off the counter. It is the perfect size, shape, and color for this application." —J.Lewis

Get it from Amazon for $23.99.

    10. An "upright bookmark" to turn any stray book or magazine into a centerpiece.

Get it from Sight Unseen for $39.

    11. A dispenser that'll give your paper towels the happily ever after they deserve.

Get it from Artori Design for $35.90.

    12. A humidifier for your radiator — it requires no electricity, so just fill it up with water, plop it on top, and voila: air-improving vapor.

Get it from the MoMA Design Store for $50.

    13. A mirrored storage cabinet that attaches onto your door hinges, giving you a full-length mirror with the space of five standard medicine cabinets.

Promising review: "Solved my bathroom storage problem! At my new rental, I am not allowed to drill into any of my bathroom walls (apparently they're filled with piping). So that meant no medicine cabinet, and there's a window right above the toilet, so an over-the-toilet solution was a no-go, too. Besides both of those issues, my bathroom is TINY, with little room for any regular cabinet anyway. I installed the Cabidor in one evening on my own, with the hardest part literally being unpacking it (packed to survive the apocalypse!). I was worried I'd have to completely remove my regular door, but it's way simpler than that!" —D. Gualda

Get it from Amazon for $158.99.

    14. A pair of genius pull strings so you'll never be confused about whether the string you're tugging at controls the fan or the light.,

Promising review: "Love these pulls! I accidentally purchased a ceiling fan that did not have a remote. It was hung in my guest room. Everyone, including myself, had difficulty distinguishing the fan chain from the light chain. With these pulls, the guess is over. They are super cute and extremely practical. They are priced well, too! A must have!!" —Amazon Customer

Get it from Amazon for $8.59+ (available in nickel and bronze).

    15. A sheep toilet paper holder that'll also hold your guest's attention.

Promising review: "After using the bathroom, my husband sought me out to inform me that he loves this product. He was so delighted, and I was surprised at his reaction to the toilet paper holder. We used to stack our TP on top of the toilet tank. Easy to put together, and stands on floor. It holds lots of TP, and best of all, it is cute." —Murphy

Get it from Amazon for $39.95.

    16. A motion-sensor LED toilet light if you're looking for an alternative to a boring night-light (or just something that'll turn your butt purple).,

Promising review: "This is the coolest night-light! Every person in our family loves it, from my 2-year-old to my 33-year-old husband! Our bathroom is large and there are no outlets near the toilet, so our children got scared to use the bathroom at night. Now, they are super excited to use the bathroom and love that it turns on as soon as they reach the hallway. It's very slim, not bulky at all, and totally not an eyesore. My nieces thought it was a cleaner and were excited to find it was a light (with colors!). I also have to note that the company has AMAZING customer service. Not only did they respond to my emails, but they did so within five minutes and during the weekend. I wish more companies had this kind of service!" —Victorialemieux

Get it from Amazon for $15.95.

    17. A shower curtain with pockets, because who are you kidding? Every inch of storage space matters in your very small bathroom.

Promising review: "This is the perfect solution for my tub/shower situation. We have no shelving, and showerhead racks tend to get rusty/caked with soap and have even fallen off. We've had this in the shower for three months now and it's great. It holds all our bottles, razors, and bars of soap." —Rachel B

Get it from Amazon for $10.98.

Get it from Amazon for $8.97.

    21. Similarly, a magnetic dishcloth holder that utilizes your sink as storage and keeps dishcloths out of view.

Promising review: "Worked perfectly on my stainless steel sink. With a magnet on either side of the sink, your sink doesn't need to be magnetic for this to work. I love that it keeps the dishcloth out of sight, but still allows it to dry out." —Wisc. Mom

Get it from Uncommon Goods for $20 (or find a non-magnetic version on Amazon for $9.99).
