These Are The Victims Of The OSU Homecoming Parade Crash

Three adults and a 2-year-old boy were killed when a car drove into the crowd. Another 51 people were injured.

Residents of Stillwater, Oklahoma, as well as former Oklahoma State University students around the country on Monday continued to grieve after a car plowed into crowds at the annual homecoming parade.

Nash was at the parade with his mother, Nicolette Strauch, who was injured in the incident.

Strauch is an OSU student and also works for the school's parking and transit services. OSU President Burns Hargis said in a statement Monday that she was "devastated" by the child's death.

Josh Lucas, the boy's father, on Sunday posted "Miss you so much buddy" on Facebook.

A GoFundMe page is collecting donations to support Strauch, as well as pay for Nash's memorial service.

The boy, who would have turned 3 in April, was described as joyful and loving.

"Nash was a sweet, happy, smart little boy who had so much potential," the family said in the statement. "He was a joy to be around and absolutely nothing can be done to make up for the loss we have suffered."

Nakal had moved from Mumbai, India, in July to attend graduate school at the University of Central Oklahoma.

Nakal, who was studying for an MBA, was at the parade in Stillwater with friends.

Marvin Stone, 65

Stone, known to friends as Marv, was a longtime professor and researcher at OSU, working in the Department of Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering. He retired in 2006 after 24 years and remained involved in the school as a Regents Professor.

Stone's work was recognized by the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers and with the OSU's highest honor. He recently traveled to Washington D.C. for a Congressional reception.

Generations of students described his mentorship and dedication to teaching.

In his name, friends and family started the Marvin and Bonnie Stone Endowed Scholarship Fund. The first award was made in 2007, and the fund is accepting donations in his memory.

Bonnie Stone, 65

Bonnie Stone was Marvin Stone's wife as well as a longtime OSU employee. She had worked at the school for 33 years and was in Institutional Research and Information Management.

One OSU alum described the warmth and dedication Stone and her husband showed to the hundreds of students they worked with every year.

She loved the school, another said, and was passionate about helping anyone who came to her for assistance.
