HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Session Music Track. 1:1 ratio with 30 second high intensity, and 30 second rest period. 18 reps, with a final 30 second burst. This is a perfect workout set-up for beginners who are new to HIIT (High Intensity Interval training). This 19 minute workout can be done up to 3 times per week until you feel you are ready to move on to the next level. For some people it takes 1 week for other it takes 2 weeks or more.
