
Ingredients
Homemade Sugar Cubes
2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons water
Cocktail
1 ounce Ciroc White Grape
3 ounces champagne
1 homemade sugar cube
1 ounce sparkling water
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Lemon twist
Preparation
1. Sugar cubes: Combine sugar and water in a small bowl. Mix until sugar is evenly hydrated. Transfer mixture to a microwave-safe measuring cup. Microwave until liquified. Pour into small ice-cube molds. Freeze for 30 minutes, then pop out cubes from the mold.
2. Cocktail: Pour Ciroc White grape into a champagne flute. Add champagne and a sugar cube. Top off with sparkling water. Add Angostura bitters and lemon twist. Serve!
