Ginger Snap Frost Cocktail

Celebrate the holidays with this elegant and elevated Ciroc cocktail!

Ingredients

Simple Syrup

½ cup water

½ cup sugar

⅓ roughly chopped ginger

Small handful sage leaves

Cocktail

1 tablespoon simple syrup

1½ ounces Ciroc Snap Frost Vodka

2 teaspoons lemon juice

Soda water

Sage leaves, for garnish

Preparation

1. Simple syrup: Place all ingredients in a small pot over medium-low heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring to dissolve sugar. Let simmer for 5–10 minutes, until slightly reduced. Cool, then strain.

2. Cocktail: Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add simple syrup, Ciroc Snap Frost Vodka, and lemon juice. Fill the rest of the way with soda water. Garnish with sage leaves.
