    Maybe if I pretend like I know what I'm doing, then people will actually believe me.

    1. You spend hours and hours on hundreds of applications.

    2. You then try to convince said employers that you're the only perfect candidate out of the 500+ applications.

    3. It may be hard to find a balance between your work and personal life at first.

    4. You eventually move out and as a result, you find that there's still a lot of things you don't know about.

    5. You have no idea what to do when there's a minor problem with your car.

    6. For some reason, the thought of doing your own laundry seems intimidating.

    7. But you come to realise that it's not actually that complicated as it first seems.

    8. Ironing is also... a task.

    9. Cleaning actually begins to become a form of stress relief.

    10. You find yourself paying a lot of bills that you never even knew existed.

    11. You find yourself chatting to your friends on the phone more than actually meeting up with them.

    12. The whole concept of dating doesn't become any clearer.

    13. Speaking of which, you might go on couple of dates with someone...

    14. ...And then realise that they're not compatible with you in any way.

    15. If you're lucky though, you might meet the love of your life.

    16. You start to feel a little more motivated to become a better version of yourself.

    17. Your birthdays become less of a big deal but you spend it with those who mean the most to you.

    18. You dabble in DIY because you start to notice that home decor is ~expensive~.

    19. You end up having more acquaintances who you have nothing in common with than actual friends.

    20. You go home early during events because you're practically becoming a grandma now.

    21. Sometimes you find yourself buying way more food than you actually need.

    22. But most of all, although it's a long process, you start to learn how to love yourself.
