What's The Most Awkward Misunderstanding You Had As A Kid?

When you're a kid, your brain is a sponge, soaking in new words and phrases, trying to understand their meaning.

Recently Jennifer Wright tweeted that, as a child, she believed adultery meant "pretending to be an adult."

This revelation prompted others to discuss things they misunderstood and it got interesting. Like someone who thought Watergate was a dam.

Or this person, who believed forks and spoons were chatting it up.
