There is something you've been thinking about for a long time, but you've hesitated to turn those ideas into actions. It's time for you to have courage and take the first step to turning your dreams into a reality. So, get out there and send in the application. Write the first sentence to your book. Say no to carrying other people's burdens. This is your time and you just need to start.

Start That Journey

You're very capable and have always been independent, but now is the time to ask for help. Life is a group project, and the end product will always be missing something if you do it all alone. Go pick your group and give them the chance to help you. Go call your friend. Go get counseling. Ask for a hug. Find a mentor. Even superheroes need sidekicks.

Ask for Help

A broken relationship has been weighing on you, and you know you were partly to blame. It's not easy being the bigger person, but someone has to start the conversation, and it might as well be you. Genuinely apologize for the role you played, even if you don't think the other party will accept your apology or own up to their actions. The point is for you to do what your soul needs and find closure for yourself.

Make Amends

You never hesitate to help others. Whether it's 3 a.m. or $100, you're the person who makes others happy. But some people have taken advantage of your altruism, and it's up to you to set and communicate your boundaries. Those who genuinely care about you will respect your boundaries even if they don't understand it. Remember, it's okay and healthy to say no when you need to.
