    1. A deep mattress topper in case your mattress feels more like a rock than anything else. If you wake up sore, the memory foam can help relieve your pressure points.

It is infused with temperature regulating gel beads that absorb and redistribute heat so that you are not overheating throughout the night!

Promising review: "So impressed and pleased with this purchase. It truly just melts against you when you lay down and made my tired, firm, old Ikea mattress feel like a fancy new bed. It always puffs back up immediately when you move or get up so you never feel like you're laying in a deflated indent. For this price you can't beat the quality of this topper! All the others I looked at seemed much more expensive. Best purchase I think I've ever made." —Amazon Customer

Get it from Amazon for $39.99+ (available in eight sizes and two depths).

    2. Or a 4-inch mattress topper just in case you need some extra TLC.

    A person holding the topper

Promising review: "Let me help you out & save you tons of time. I spent HOURS online researching for the best, most cost-effective mattress topper & I kept coming back to this one. I also checked the consumer reviews website as I do before I make any big purchases & this rating was high. I knew to not get anything less than 3", really 4" high, since over time you would have no benefit. The first hour I received this, it was already on my bed & it was so incredibly comfy. Everything is at first though, right?! I didn't realize it then but as the days go by this just gets better & better & better. I suffer from fibromyalgia & insomnia and was desperate to find something, anything, that would help instigate & sustain a better night's sleep for me. I am still bewildered some mornings when I wake up with zero lower back pain & less aching in my body. If for some reason this one ever wears out or is destroyed, I would pay twice the price for another one. That is how much I love this thing!! I wouldn't hesitate for a second to buy this. If you're on the fence about it, just know I did hours of research & have been using this now for over a month and I am in love! This is hands down one of THE BEST products I have ever purchased for myself! There is no reason to stay on the fence. I'm telling you, if you're looking for a better night's sleep, more comfort at night, or both, this is exactly what you need!" —Live2Smyle

Get it from Amazon for $99.99+ (available in five sizes and two versions).

    3. A heated mattress pad for cold sleepers and anyone else who hates having to warm up the bed. I seriously considered buying one of these last year to cut down on my gas bill.

    The mattress pad

Promising review: "Getting into a warm bed at night is the best feeling in the world after a long day! I used to use a small electric heating pad for my feet, and bought this thinking I'd have my entire body enveloped by the warm fuzzy feeling my feet usually get. I got that most definitely! It is soo comfortable and I don't feel like getting out of bed anymore. The fact that it is dual controlled was also a must for me! My husband normally sleeps in cooler conditions, a stark contrast from me, and this heated mattress does not bother him. A win for me!" —Enkhmaa

Get it from Amazon for $65.99+ (available in five sizes).

    4. A mulberry silk pillowcase to help reduce dry skin, prevent hair loss, and do other dope things. Reviewers keep saying they're worth the splurge, I don't make the rules!

A reviewer's hand on their pillowcase

Promising review: "I like this silky pillow. It is of excellent quality! I used to follow the instructions and hand-wash them with cold water and baby soap. Honestly, I grew lazy of doing that and just wanted to throw laundry in the washing machine. I've been washing them by putting them inside another cotton pillowcase. I put in regular cheap detergent and put the machine on a regular wash setting, I air-dry them. They are still intact and have no tears after a year and a half of use. The only con is that I got the natural silk color, it's a bit creamy white not pure white and I think it always kind of looks dirty since I can't bleach silk... I don't recommend white or creamy white; that was a mistake. I did notice my hair a little less tangled, not much than a cotton pillowcase, but my face never has wrinkles now, yay! Oh, and it sounds weird when you lay or turn around on it, like a crunchy noise. I fixed it by putting another pillowcase under it." —Avellen

Get it from Amazon for $93.98+ (available in three sizes and in sets of two).

    5. A cuddly body pillow because nothing compares to all-around support — especially if you're pregnant.

A person laying in the pillow

Promising review: "Very comfortable. I am not pregnant but I still enjoy this item. I like how versatile it is and it keeps its shape well and is the same consistency the whole way throughout the pillow. If you are looking for support and comfort in a body pillow this is the one! I've been very curious about them since my friend started using hers several years ago. She cannot sleep without hers! I am not to that point yet but I may be soon. It would be a great gift idea as well." —Melody

Get it from Amazon for $57.99+ (available in four colors).

    6. A smooth-like-butter Eucalyptus bedding bundle that's so luxe, it's like sinking into an ocean of bliss. If you sweat in your sleep, you'll love that these are cool to the touch and ultra-breathable.

    The sheets on a bed

The set includes a fitted sheet, two pillowcases, a duvet cover, and an optional flat sheet. I've tested a lot of bedding, and there's nothing like Sijo's Eucalyptus sheets. I got them in Fog which is like a silvery neutral shade. Truly stunning. Though they shine like satin, the sheets are truly breathable. I'd say they like ultra-smooth cotton. I highly recommend using them with a duvet that is one size larger. Words cannot describe how much I look forward to diving into these every night!

Promising review: "I purchased the king duvet cover in Fog, which is a very pale khaki color. It is THE softest duvet cover I've ever owned. I'm a hot sleeper, and I haven't woken once in a sweat since we got this. The 100% cotton duvet cover we had before made our down comforter feel heavy — not the case with the Sijo product. I will be coming back for sheets! The only thing I wish is that there were more color choices." —Beth B.

A bed with the duvet set

Promising review: "This duvet is beautiful and laundered well. I have more expensive linen sheets from another retailer that are not nearly the quality of Quince's sheets. Unlike my expensive sheets, this Quince duvet hasn't shed fibers and feels thick and substantial. I'll be buying a set of sheets to match the duvet!" —Kaitlyn M.

Promising review: "These sheets are insanely soft to the touch and comfortable to sleep on! I originally bought them for my 10-year-old son's bed because they were highly rated for softness and not that expensive. They truly are so soft. He loves them, so I decided to get some for the guest bedroom. They're so great that everyone that stays there wants to know what brand they are. They're awesome!! Now I have them for all of our beds. They are lightweight, so they dry quickly and don't pill. They are NOT cotton, which I'm usually a snob about, but I have to confess, I like these better than my four-times-as-expensive cotton sheets. I love them and the price!!" —Gwendolyn

Promising review: "I’m a weirdo when it comes to my bed. I’ve prob got like $1,500 into my bedding but I love a super-soft cloudlike feel when I get into bed at the end of the day. This pillow, and trust me when I say this, 'cause I’ve purchased just about every kind of pillow they make, is amazing. I first bought the travel size for my little boy and after trying it had to order myself one. A little expensive, especially the travel size at 69.99. I spent that on a pillow for my 1-year-old, but he gets the best and so does mama bear!!! Def would purchase again; planning on buying my fiancé one. Nice and soft yet still supportive. Buy one, you’ll be so happy at the end of the day when you lay your head on this cloud of softness." —Donato P.

Promising review: "Bought one for myself and one for my daughter. During COVID, I am working from home and my daughter is doing online school this year. It has been nice to sit in our beds and work on our laptops when we get tired of being at our desks all day. These pillows are extra big and comfortable! There are plenty of pockets for your water bottle, remote, cellphone, pens, notepads, etc. I love the extra pillows for your neck and legs. A person underneath the blankets

I recently tried a 15-lb Napper and it's been wonderful. The first night, I fell asleep under the Napper within 10 minutes and woke up wondering what year it was. That's how much of a difference it actually made. I take it from my bedroom to the living room, so that's probably a sign I should get another one. It's so calming and the knit can make the coldest room that much cozier. When I need a little extra warmth, I layer the napper over a light blanket. I lay under the Napper by itself when it's hot since fall weather is unpredictable. I literally feel like Homer Simpson while sleeping underneath this.

Promising review: "I'm so happy to have finally made this purchase. I occasionally deal with insomnia/wake-ups and struggle to get back to sleep. I can't say for sure how much the blanket has helped, but I haven't experienced any of those problems since the blanket arrived. I sometimes wish I had gone with the 20 lb instead of 15, but that my be because the weight gets shared a bit with the body pillow I use and my sleeping kid, who sometimes shares a bed with me. I tend to sleep hot and have felt really comfortable, only sometimes getting rid of the flat sheet under the blanket." —Kelsey C.

Get it from Bearaby for $199 (available in four weights and five colors).

Promising review: "This is a great 'puffy,' must be mostly down, not feathers because it is light but very warm (we live on the coast in the Pacific Northwest). It has no feather odor, no crackly noises. The lining is soft and smooth, and has a pleasant natural-fiber ivory color. It has corner attachments if you want to put it in a duvet cover to keep it clean or for decor, but it is so pretty you don't need to put it in a cover." —catchelle

I'm actually not big on duvets, I feel like they can be a pain to jam your comforter into and they never stay in place. However, that was not the case with this one!
