Lorde sat down with The Guardian to discuss her new music, which led her to discuss her friendship with Swift, which led Lorde to compare her friendship with Swift to someone with an autoimmune disease...........................................................?????????:
“It’s like having a friend with very specific allergies. There are certain places you can’t go together. Certain things you can’t do. There are these different sets of considerations within the friendship. It’s like having a friend with an autoimmune disease.”
Sooo, lemme get this straight. Lorde thinks having a friend as famous as Taylor is like having a friend with lupus? Or multiple sclerosis? Or type 1 diabetes? GOT IT! 👍
