Promising review: "I absolutely love this face wash. I have been using it on my face and body for months now and I always feel clean and moisturized. There isn’t a scent which I prefer and the bottle lasts a really long time. Would buy again." —TheMouse

    2. Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay Mask deeply (and we mean *deeply*) penetrates your pores and vacuums out impurities so well that it's racked up more than 20,000+ 5-star ratings.

    amazon.com, Amazon

Promising review: "Between four people using this product on both face and hair, it was amazing. I will say that as someone who dyes their hair a lot, it's great for stripping the color out of your hair in a fast and easy way and it makes your hair feel dry as anything, but it will feel amazing after the next wash. It lasted us about a year, so there's no telling how long it'll last someone who is just using it for themselves." —Christa Kennedy

Get it from Amazon for $14.95+ (available in a 1- or 2-pound tub).

    3. TruSkin Vitamin C Serum wards off wrinkles, evens out dark spots, and helps brighten your overall complexion with a 🍃plant-based🍃 blend of ingredients including hyaluronic acid, vitamin E, witch hazel, and jojoba oil. Promising reviews: "My search for an amazing serum is finally over. I just purchased my third bottle and I am hooked! My skin looks flawless and I have been getting so many compliments about how great I look. My skin glows as if I just walked out of a spa treatment. A little goes along way, the bottle usually last me about 3.5 months. I use it every morning and every night. Thank you for his amazing product!" —jaime handley

    4. First Aid Beauty's KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub gets rid of pesky "chicken skin" — aka those tiny bumps clinically known as keratosis pilaris — with glycolic and lactic acids as well as pumice buffing beads. After a good scrub down, the results will make you feel like you got a legitimate chemical peel!

    First Aid Beauty

Promising review: "I like to use an exfoliating scrub on my body every now and then, but it really didn't do anything for my KP bumps on my arms. I've used this now for the past month about one to two times a week, and honestly noticed a difference from the very first use. This is SO much better than a normal scrub, especially if you have KP bumps on your skin. My arms have never felt more smooth. Also, a little goes a long way, so this should last quite a while. I will definitely be repurchasing this." —nannerbuns

Get it from First Aid Beauty for $10+ (available in three sizes) or Amazon for $28 (only available in the larger size).

    5. Glossier's Milky Jelly Cleanser gently melts off makeup so your pores don't suffocate overnight. The pH-balanced formula is also easy on sensitive skin since its main ingredient is poloxamer — a mild cleansing agent — instead of traditional soap.

Promising review: "Most cleansers strip my skin, but this is so conditioning and it makes my skin really soft. One bottle lasts me about four months, so I think this is definitely worth the price." —GlossyGal

Get it from Glossier for $9+ (available in two sizes).

I used to use a very pricey face wash from a known makeup store but I have severe allergies and very sensitive skin so I switched to this when I became pregnant because of some of the questionable ingredients in the other. Kayla Suazo / BuzzFeed

Promising review: "This stuff is amazing. I have combination skin that can get really oily when using products. I also have rosacea and wanted to try this to help with hydration. I'd used the hydro boost wipes prior to purchasing this and was hoping I'd love this just as much as the wipes. I do! I like to use moisturizer over this. You don't have to, but I do since I battle frequent rosacea flareups. A small dab of his gel cream goes a VERY long way. This jar will last me forever! It's smooth and absorbs right into my skin, without leaving me oily. It smells nice, too. My face and body are very hydrated and soft this winter. Massage three to four drops in nightly after cleansing and you'll develop your glow in no time. Bonus: The dropper helps ensure you aren't using too much of the product at once.

    Sephora

Promising review: "I first got the biggest size on sale and I didn’t think much of it I just saw it was a popular product and had a form of retinol (I am in my early 30s) and I liked how my skin was glowy the morning after using so I kept on using it. Fast forward 11 months and now I know what people mean when they label something a ‘holy grail.’ I no longer have any small bumps along my hairline, I have no more random breakouts, texture is bare minimum, and I get told I have 'good skin,' and it’s in huge part thanks to Luna oil, I will never be without it. I wish I had been paying better attention to when I really started seeing these changes but I do know it took a bit, I’d say months; also the large bottle lasted me almost nine months and that’s with every night use. Some nights I like to layer A+ or Good Genes over it; these products work!" —Sephora reviewer

My pores are smaller, my blackheads are basically gone, and the texture of my skin (from past acne marks) is basically back to normal. I recommend this product to everyone! TRUST! I also love it because it’s so easy to use and is not messy like some other exfoliants are. I specifically like to use it when my face, most importantly my forehead, has flaky dry patches. Sephora

Promising review: "I received this as a sample several times (because I love it/keep ordering) and fell in love. I have oily/combination skin that is sensitive and acne-prone. I also have mild rosacea. I love that this can be tailored to your needs based on how much water you add to the powder. I’ve grown to hate most exfoliants with their harsh beads and grit. This feels soft, but is so effective! Like I said, I’m oily/combination, but my chin gets dry from Tretinoin. This gets all of my flakes off and doesn’t dry my skin out further like many others do. It also leaves me with a nice glow. It’s def expensive, but can last forever since you add water to it." —HG33

Get it from Amazon or Sephora for $15+ (available in two sizes).

    25. Bella Skin Beauty's Eye Serum targets under-eye bags and dry skin with a handful of silky oils including: jojoba seed, grape seed, almond, evening primrose, and baobab. Just dab on a single drop (between both eyes) and follow with your go-to serum.

Bella Skin Beauty is a woman-owned small clean beauty brand from mother-daughter duo Diana Shneider and Alexandra Bella.

Promising review: "My eye area is sensitive and easily irritated because of the Retin A I use on my face. All eye creams, lotions, balms to date have increased its redness and flakiness. Not this eye serum which is light and soothing, though. It’s the best. One drop is all it takes for both eyes. No scent or oiliness. So this container will last a long time." —Beverly B.

Get it from Bella Skin Beauty for $62.

    26. Wishful's Thirst Trap Juice 🧃 keeps skin healthy, strong, and bouncy with THREE types of hyaluronic acid and firming peptides. If your skin is parched, this is just the solution.

Promising review: "This product is amazing. I have oily, acne-prone skin and was looking for a serum/moisturizer that wouldn’t leave my face oily. This serum, in particular, absorbs pretty fast, no sticky residue and skin feels very soft, hydrated, specially in the winter months. Also, a little goes a long way (I use six to eight drops for my entire face and neck), so its worth the price because it will last for several months. I use it before my moisturizer (I use the Wishful Honey Balm as well). I would definitely recommend it, especially for an oily, acne-prone skin type." —Lindsbu

Get it from Sephora for $47.

    27. Mario Badescu's iconic Drying Lotion comes in a tiny bottle, but don't let that fact trick you. When applied with a Q-tip and left on overnight, the long-lasting, fast-acting formula zaps zits and draws all sorts of impurities.

    Amazon, amazon.com

Promising review: "Love this! I had purchased this from a different store at a great price but left it at a resort when traveling. I hadn’t had the chance to see how it works because I had just purchased it. I had been waiting to get it on sale again at that store and it didn’t happen. Amazon had this on sale and I swiped it. I love this product and how it works. It does burn a bit when applied but I feel like that's because it’s doing it’s job. It does take two to three days to work. I’ve seen subtle changes after the first use but honestly you have to use it multiple days if you have a true breakout that’s big. My daughter uses it too. Try to use this right when you see the onset and then you will see a difference. I’ve noticed if applied right when your blemish is starting, the blemish goes away right away. The bottle last forever." —Michael

Get it from Amazon for $14.45.

    28. Keys Soulcare's water-activated Be Luminous Exfoliator buffs away dry and dead skin with a mix of gentle, antioxidant-rich ingredients including green tea, hojicha powder, mung beans, oats, and lactic acid. Based solely on Alicia Keys's complexion, I'd say that's a winning combination!

    Keys Soulcare

Promising review: "I was sooo surprised by this when I first received it. A POWDER EXFOLIATOR? Let me tell you it works, you activate it with water and it leaves this creamy with slight grittiness texture to it which works amazing when you work it into your skin. It leaves your skin looking so fresh and glowy. I’m in love! Also you get sooo much in there it will last me ages! If I ever do run out I will definitely be repurchasing and recommend this to anyone as you will be surprised!" —Monika Bruce

Get it from Ulta Beauty or Keys Soulcare for $22.

Promising review: "I believe I see some improvement on my combination acne prone acne scarred skin but I've been using it recently so I'll give three to six months for significant results. My main reason I'm giving this a 👍🏾is the size. Lol I think this is the largest toner I've ever seen! I think most of the toners I've used are like a quarter or half of this. I do feel like I get an effective cleansing feeling while using it. I use it after the Bolden cleanser." —Alexandra

Get it from Bolden for $19.50.

    30. Acure's Ultra Hydrating Green Juice Cleanser intensely moisturizes your skin with what's basically a smoothie for your face. Ashwaganda + basil + reishi + turmeric + a blend of kale, spinach, and spirulina = a balanced formula that'll leave your complexion extremely clean and refreshed.

    amazon.com

Promising review: "Wow this is super THICC cream! But I guess technically it's a 'balm' so that's probably why. Seriously though a little bit goes a long way for hands. I made the mistake of using a big glob at first and it felt like rubbing a crap load of Vaseline into my hands. That being said, it's very hydrating and soothing! I have eczema on my hand and it's gotten worse with COVID and so much hand washing. So far I'm very happy with it and I think it will last a very long time!" —Lorraine

Get it from Amazon for $15.92.

    32. Ole Henrikson Glow2OH Dark Spot Toner targets hyperpigmentation with a potent combination of glycolic and lactic acids that really seem like they should cost a whole lot more. The brand says you can expect to see results in as little as seven days but some reviewers say it works overnight!

Got this as part of gift set (with other Ole Henriksen products) and this is by far my fave. Will definitely rebuy! It is also lasting me ages. I've been using for five months (once a day) and still have over half left. My skin is brighter and clearer. I use it twice a week, it’s not a miracle, I still have acne, but it definitely slows the amount of breakouts I get. Instead of having my chin and cheeks covered I only have a couple. My blackheads and scars are less noticeable as well. Those people saying they only got like six uses out of a jar are definitely using it wrong. One jar lasts me a good three months if not a little longer. Highly recommend, especially if you have sensitive, acne-prone skin, or dry acne-prone skin!" —Ally
