People magazine reported in February that Kendall had "recently" started hanging out with him after being introduced through mutual friends.

TMZ reports that they were leaving a sushi restaurant in WeHo on Tuesday when Kendall was photographed hugging him with her face close to his and her arms around his neck — you know, as you'd do when you're about to kiss someone.
