Tipsy Scoop in NYC opened in May and lines have been out the door.
The place serves ice cream with a a twist: each concoction contains 5% alcohol and is able to freeze due to a ~secret recipe~.
We obviously had to see if it lived up to they hype and answer the question on all of our minds: would it get us drunk?
