Insomnia sufferer here. Occasionally I can control it well enough with medication, but in times of stress it's crippling. Falling asleep is tough, but staying asleep can be impossible. I'll wake up, take 40 minutes to get back to sleep, sleep for maybe 30 minutes, then start the process…Â
1. luggage. I hate thinking what it has come into contact with-it makes coming home a trip even more exhausting.
