It's time to learn to cook some fun meals! Finding good, nutritious food on a budget can seem very intimidating, but there are resources online that can help you get a balanced diet. You deserve to eat healthy and delicious food. While the instant food, take-away, and frozen meals are an easy fix, the more energy you get from your food, the more energy you'll have to cook (and more)!

It's time to redo your space! It can sometimes be overwhelming to start tidying or reorganizing, but you don't need to do it all at once! Try to do one task every day, like putting all your books in one pile. Rome wasn't built in a day! If your space is clean and tidy(ish), you might feel more motivated to maintain it!

It's time for some self-care! You don't necessarily need a 12-step Korean skincare routine, but washing your face once a day will make you feel cleaner. Try to find shower/bath products that smell nice and don't contain harsh chemicals. Take a little time every day to freshen up and take care of your skin!

It's time to talk it out! Chances are things aren't going so hot right now and you could use a little bit of help, like we all could. Therapy isn't always cheap, and there's still a bit of a stigma around it, but it can really be good! Be kind to yourself, be gracious to yourself, be honest with yourself, and do whatever you need to do for you!
