Let's See. What Can I Say About Me? I was born in Miami. I really like all of the interests I put in the Interests column, so I am not going to bother reinstating them here.... I like myself as a person, which is a good start. I'm thankful for what I have been given physically, spiritually, and characteristically. I have a good personality that gets along with pretty much everyone. I'm easy-going and have a good sense of humor. Others say I have a generous spirit and a poise about me and I take those as great compliments. If people call me beautiful, I know it's a compilation of what I carry inside of me more than anything else. I'm a good friend who values honesty, integrity and loyalty above everything else. I've been lucky enough to be sorrounded by friends I have known since I was a kid, and so many more that are with me and build me up in many different ways. God is an integral part of me. As my creator and friend, his presence and words guide me and mold me, so I can hardly take the credit for the qualities I have stated above. I know that everything that is good in me, my strengths and attributes, are because of Him and all that He has given me. I'm a Christian, but hardly religious. There's nothing obligatory or tedious about my devotion. I'm a Senior at FGCU studying two majors: Management and Marketing. I plan on doing a Master's Degree, but I'm not sure in what just yet or where (Maybe Europe?). I started college pretty early at 15 in FIU in Miami. Desde Adentro is another big part of me. It's a Talk Show that my mother and I host on Telemundo 43. It's a challenge and a gift all at the same time. It's like a seed that's handed to you with the added responsability of making it grow. It's all very humbling, actually, and I feel very fortunate to have been given the opportunity of having a talk show (Highly unexpected!) At this age. I love television and Movies, so to work in that field...I'm a kid in a coldstone. The main purpose of Desde Adentro is to help others. It's rescuing the values that have been slowly slipping away from our society and are at the verge of extinction. So far, The show has been doing very well and there will be many more exciting things to come from it! Overall, I'm just me! I don't pretend to be anyone else. I can never really say I've ever fit into any mold. I have many weaknesses and flaws, but I never let those hinder my abilities to succeed and grow. I guess if you ask anyone about me, they'll probably smile and say, "Charis? Charis is just, well, Charis!"
