There are a lot of things to keep track of when you are a student. Making and keeping comprehensive lists can ensure that you aren't forgetting any little details.

Courses to Take

This goes beyond the courses you are currently taking, or even the courses you have to take next semester. This list should include every class that you need to complete your program, in addition to course substitutes. Be sure to include the professor, number of credits, and the requirements that the course fulfills.

Supplies to Keep in Stock

If your supplies begin to run low, then you will know that you need more. But why wait until then! Keeping a comprehensive list of the supplies that you need most is imperative to keeping your arsenal stocked.

Faculty (and/or Staff) Members that You Trust

When the going gets tough, its good to know who will have your back and help you get over the hurdles. Keeping a list of the people that you can turn to in the face of adversity will help make those hard times a little bit easier.

Goals and Dreams

You will be surprised by how many of these dreams you see come true. Keep a list of everything you want to accomplish -- big or small. As you progress through school, this list will keep you grounded and focused.
