Another one is being graded on how fast we could run a mile in PE or how many sit ups we could do in a minute. I’m not the most athletic person and even when i was trying my hardest, I’d still get C grades on running the mile
That telling people with an eating disorder to just “eat a banana” or “eat some crackers” isn’t helpful at all. In fact it’s really harmful and it’s guilt tripping (at least for me)
