The Definitive Ranking Of "Tracy Beaker" Characters

Who really ran the Dumping Ground?

    27. Michael Grys

    CBBC

He was an absolute heartless dickhead. Michael was malicious and basically the biggest baddie to ever grace CBBC.

    26. Louise Goven

    CBBC

Honestly, Louise was on the show for years and never once grew a backbone. She's the classic bystander and never stood up for what was right.

    25. Cam Lawson

    CBBC

Cam was kind of a shitty person, she had Tracy in and out of the Dumping Ground all the time and potentially used her so she could write a book about care homes. She also tried to impress a child by stealing a load of free sample crackers. Get it together, Cam.

    24. Ryan & Zac Matthews

    CBBC

They were evil masterminds but they were not very memorable.

    23. Nathan Jones

    CBBC

Nathan was a bit incompetent but overall pretty fun. Those outfits can not be justified though.

    22. Hayley

    CBBC

1/2 of Layla and Hayley, she was cute but she knew it.

    21. Chantal Wellard

    CBBC

She will always be iconic for bringing the desperately needed goth vibe to the Dumping Ground. She did like to shit stir a bit though.

    20. Dolly

    CBBC

Dolly manipulated everyone with her adorableness. She split up Nathan and his girlfriend and gets him in trouble by locking herself in the loo with cleaning products. Not cool Dolly.

    19. Adele Azupadi

    CBBC

The Dumping Ground's resident hottie, she was also a great singer and really pretty lovely to Tracy. Her band could've gone far.

    18. Layla

    CBBC

1/2 of Layla and Hayley, quite honestly Hayley did not deserve her after she left without saying goodbye.

    17. Rio Wellard

    CBBC

His beef with Crash will go down in history but then so will his love for Roxy. 10/10 great bandana game.

    16. Lol Plakova

    CBBC

1/2 of Lol and Bouncer. Quite honestly he was the weaker brother but was quite cheeky and charismatic.

    15. Marco Maloney

    CBBC

The strangest of all the Dumping Ground kids but his adoption story was the most heart warming.

    14. Jackie Hopper

    CBBC

We were told she's a fast runner but did we ever even see her win a race? Hmmmmm. Great grandad though.

    13. Amber Hurst

    CBBC

The original non-conformist with her bandanas and jean jackets. She had great fashion but was a terrible influence.

    12. Shelley Appleton

    CBBC

Like all the DG staff she was an angel, and also sassy AF.

    11. Crash

    CBBC

Crash was one of the most loveable characters and would have done anything for Jackie and her grandad. He was also the DG eye candy.

    10. Bouncer Plakova

    CBBC

Bouncer was consistently the best, like the time he dressed up as an old lady to get a free alien toy for the kids, or when he made homemade mayonnaise at a bakery.

    9. Roxy Wellard

    CBBC

The evil mastermind of the DG and the greatest feminist figure known to kids' TV.

    8. Ben Batambuze

    CBBC

Everyone wanted Ben as a friend, he had so much cool shit. It was a little harsh for him to pretend he lived on the streets but he truly made up for it by being the best DJ to ever walk the earth.

    7. Tracy Beaker

    CBBC

Tracy was never without a red fleece and quite possibly had the best hair on British TV in the '00s. She was a bit of a nob most of the time but gave every British kid the gift of "bog off", which I'm sure all parents loved.

    6. Peter Ingham

    CBBC

Best friend to Tracy and best friend to all of us. His iconic line "Shut up about my nan!!" is the greatest thing ever to be said on the show.

    5. Jenny Edwards

    CBBC

Jenny was an actual angel. The kids played the worst pranks on her but she still remained a saint.

    4. Elaine Boyak

    CBBC

She was ever so slightly annoying but she cared. She comes in at number 4 because of the iconic powersuits and vibrant eyeshadow. Elaine was also the best in the musical episode.

    3. Maxy King

    CBBC

The most adorable DG kid, even if he did lock himself in the van once. "It wasn't me" has been used all over the country by kids and politicians alike.

    2. Justine Littlewood

    CBBC

She actually did nothing wrong unless you're against great tank tops and side pony tails. Her sass was everything and that yellow bridesmaids dress made fashion history.

    1. Duke

    CBBC

In at number 1 is Duke who was the most loveable character to ever grace TV, but if you ever diss his food or mess with his vegetable patch then you are dead. Norman "Duke" Wellington was the king of the Dumping Ground.
